We want all our Agents to have the full VALORANT experience. That means that you can make purchases right away, enabling you to get in-game in style.
When you open the store in-client, you'll be able to see any and all of the payment methods available to your region. However, there are a couple payment methods that will be unavailable:

- Micropayment (only affects DE)
- Daopay & Boku (pay by call)
- Primeiropay debit cards (only Primeiropay credit cards are available in BR at this time)
Refunds and Purchase History
You can view your Purchase History, refund an eligible purchase, and check out our Refund Policy here on the Support Site. If you have any concerns, you can always /submit a ticket below.
