Due to a recent backend system update, some players have received a Name Change notification despite having an appropriate Riot ID. If this happened to you, check Changing Your Riot ID to see what you can do (like keeping your game name!) and can't do (like using the original server tagline, eg. NA1, EUW1, etc). And sorry for the inconvenience—some decade-old systems just won't modernize without a fight.

VALORANT X PS+ Free Bundles

Have an an active PlayStation+ account (any tier)? Be sure to claim your free loot through either of these two methods:

PlayStation Website

  1. Log in to the PlayStation Website
  2. Go to VALORANT's page
  3. Scroll down to Add-Ons (Select Show More if you don't see the right bundle yet)
  4. Select the Exclusive VALORANT X PS+ content
  5. Add to Cart, then Confirm Purchase
  6. Log into VALORANT on your PS5
  7. The content is now in your account

PlayStation Store (On Console)

  1. Make sure you're logged into your PlayStation account
  2. Go to VALORANT in your library (or download if necessary)
  3. Navigate down toe Add-Ons
  4. Find the VALORANT X PS+ bundle
  5. Confirm Purchase (should be $0.00)
  6. Log into VALORANT on your PS5
  7. The content is now in your account

FAQ

Do I need to keep my PlayStation+ subscription active to keep my loot?

Nope! Once you've claimed your loot, it'll automatically—and permanently—be added to your account.

How long will this offer be available?

We rotate the VALORANT X PS+ Bundles about every three months, though this cadence may change in the future or with special events.

Can this loot be used when I play VAL on PC?

Yep! As outlined in our VALORANT Console Guide, most account features crossover between PC and console—including loot.

I redeemed the content on PC/Console then went to play on PC but it wasn't there.

Though you can purchase VALORANT X PS+ bundles in a browser, you need to log into VALORANT on the PS5 in order for the content to actually get added to your account. If you've already done that and the content still isn't showing, send us a ticket and we'll get you sorted.
