Shotcall FAQ

Shotcall Beta will be available starting August 8th, 2025, on the three official VCT Americas channels. Don't miss your chance to join the fun and test your prediction skills!

What is a Shotcall?

Shotcall is a desktop-only Twitch extension that lets you make real-time predictions about various aspects of the match — for example, how many rounds a team will win or the number of kills a specific player will score.

How do I activate Shotcall?

When a match is live, hover over the video player and click the red crystal ball icon to log in with your Riot ID, joining the game. You need to do this even if you have already linked your Riot Account with Twitch and received drop rewards in the past.

Shotcall Not Appearing

If Shotcall isn't appearing after you set it up, click the Twitch extension controls icon on the right side of the video and make sure Shotcall is set to Visible.

How do I make predictions?

Activating Shotcall is just the first step. After you set up everything correctly and it’s time to make a prediction, a prompt appears giving you a short window to predict the outcome. Just be sure to select your response before the timer runs out!

If you find yourself missing predictions, try enabling audio in the Shotcall settings tab for an easy reminder.

How do I earn rewards?

Watch matches and make accurate predictions to earn points in Shotcall, then climb the leaderboard and hit point milestones to unlock rewards. Once you reach the required point threshold and/or position on the leaderboard, your well-deserved rewards will be automatically granted to your account within 24 hours. Stay tuned, predict wisely, and reap the benefits!
