At-Risk Alerts

Keeping a healthy competitive community means holding our Agents to the highest standards. When those standards aren't met, we have a few systems in place that catch disruptive behavior and (depending on the severity or frequency of these actions) apply penalties to discourage future abuse and protect other players. However, if we see an account that's otherwise in good standing begin to behave in a less-than-sportsmanlike fashion, we will sometimes send a warning in the form of an At-Risk Alert.

What are At-Risk Alerts?

These are warning notifications that appear above your Riot ID in the VALORANT Client. They serve as a notice that some recent actions on that account violate our Community Pact, which may include things like going AFK or harassing teammates through our communication tools. In addition to highlighting these behaviors, the At-Risk Alert system also informs you what penalties you may face should those behaviors continue.

If I get one of these alerts, does that mean that I'm in trouble?

Not quite! The warning itself doesn't apply any penalty; however, receiving an alert means the account is dangerously close to getting penalized, which could include a temporary or permanent suspension. You can check the details of these alerts by clicking on them:

That being said, if your account already has a penalty, you'll also get to see its details and duration, as shown below:

I don't like these warnings. Can you remove them?

No, but you can! At-Risk Alerts are automatically placed by the system, and are only removed once the account is back into good standing.
