Global Refund Policy Update

This article has been updated to reflect our Global Refund Policy, which went into effect on May 30th, 2021. Click here to learn more!

We like to keep it short and sweet so as not to keep you away from fighting the good fight.

Unless any applicable laws require otherwise, refunds are only available for content that meets these three conditions:

1) The content is unused

2) The content was purchased no more than 14 days ago

3) The content is on the list of refundable content below



  • VP (for your money back)
  • Weapon Skins *
  • Character Contract Levels
  • Premium Battle Pass
  • Premium Battle Pass Levels
  • Weapon Skin Levels
  • Radianite Points
  • Bundles


If you use or upgrade your weapon skin, it can no longer be refunded.

If there's something you'd like to refund, simply head here to do so, or head here if you'd like to check your purchase history. If you have any problems or questions about a purchase, you can always /submit a ticket below.

Please Note:

When visiting the refund page, the refund button will populate next to all your purchases, but the refund action will not be successful for anything that cannot be refunded.
