VALORANT - Refund Policy

Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund.  In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.

YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND ON:

  • Used Weapon Skins
  • Upgraded Weapon Skins
  • Weapon Skin Levels and Variants
  • Weapon Skin Bundles
  • Used Accessories (Gun Buddies, Player Cards, etc.)
  • Agents
  • Premium Battle Passes
  • Premium Battle Pass Levels
  • Radianite Points
  • Any purchase made with Kingdom Credits (Agent Gear, Accessories Store)

Completed Bundle Refund Policy

If you decide to purchase items that are part of a bundle individually, you'll be given the option to complete the bundle by clicking the button highlighted in the image below.

If you complete the bundle, you can no longer receive a refund on those purchased items, as bundles are non-refundable.
