If one of these games is giving you trouble, including the logs in your ticket empowers our agents to find and fix the problem even faster.
- Download RRT for your operating system of choice from the links above.
- Run RRT (as admin for Windows).
- Choose the game you'd like to gather logs for and let RRT do its thing.
- Attach the .zip folder created by the tool in your new or existing ticket (if you're on a Mac, you can learn how to grab your logs here).
