We are aware of an issue with a Weekly Mission that's requiring 100 matches for completion instead of 10, and we're working on a solution. Check our X (formerly Twitter) announcement for details.

Guide to the VALORANT Store

IMPORTANT

Riot Player Support agents are unable to modify store offers—or grant expired store offers—for any player.

From individual skins to a complete arsenal, the Store allows you to level up your equipment in-game...cosmetically, of course. While gun skins don’t provide any additional firepower, who doesn’t love a fresh coat of paint?

  • Featured items in the Store are purchased using VP, which you can purchase using a real-world purchasing method.
  • Agents* and Agent Gear** can be unlocked with VP, KC, or Agent Unlock Tokens.
      • *Within the first 28 days of release, new Agents can only be unlocked with VP, Agent Recruitment Events, or by having a linked and active Xbox Game Pass subscription. Once their Agent Recruitment Event ends, the Agent can also be unlocked with KC or Agent Unlock Tokens.
      • **You can only buy Agent Gear for owned/unlocked Agents.
  • The Accessories Store takes KC only. The Accessories Store offers items from previous Battlepasses, but excludes content from the most recent two Acts and excludes weapon/knife skins.

The Store will rotate depending on the items on display. If you’re interested in a full set, just remember that collections will rotate alongside a new patch. Want to keep an eye on the patch release schedule? Click here.

Individual skins rotate every 24 hours, so if you see something you like, grab it! There’s no telling when it’ll be back in the rotation.
